This is basically how you prevent injury’s, learn to run as efficient as possible. When, at the moment your feet touches the ground for example, the front of your feet is pointed to much towards the inside or the outside, friction is created. When this happens just one time, there won’t be a problem. But when you place your feet wrong every single step, a lot of friction is created and an injury starts to appear. The same happens when your knee or your hip isn’t in the right position. Basically, the more everything is pointed forward, the less friction is created and the less pain you will experience.
